4- Color Process is the most commonly used method for printing full-color images.  This means, that four different ink colors cyan, magenta, yellow and black are combined to create an array of printable colors.  4-Color Process is often abbreviated as 4CP or CMYK.  It is also known as Full Color Printing or Process Printing.
